Please see below for a brief outline of the services we provide. This is by no means an exhaustive list of our services but gives an overview of the most common problems faced by our clients and the steps taken to overcome them.
A more detailed programme of remedial works can be supplied for any specific situation upon application. We also supply each customer with a detailed ongoing maintenance schedule for the best care of their surfaces upon completion of the project.
- Lippage Removal ...... Up to 5 mm in the worst cases of poor installation
- Scratch Removal ...... Deep or superficial
- Stain Removal .... ......Surface or ingrained
- Cleaning.....................Using a neutral ph cleaner to gently remove dirt and grime without damaging finishing sealers and treatments
- Polishing....................For that high gloss finish
- Waxing......................To enhance the look and further protect the surface
- Other Remedial Works....Attending to spalling (surface breakage due to inherent Weakness) using colour matching epoxy resins. Also tile replacement
Granite & marble- usually polished and in a variety of definite colours
- Lippage removal
Lippage is removed through a process of grinding using heavy machinery and diamonds. A polish is then reached through using progressively more fine grit diamonds - Scratch Removal
Superficial and deeper scratches may be removed by a similar system to the lippage removal - Stain Removal
Using our proprietary coloured stain remover ( may need overnight treatment and in severe cases, two Treatments will be necessary) - Deep cleaning
Usually in conjunction with other treatments - Sealing
Protecting your surface against staining using granite specific sealers - Polishing
Replenishing the original high gloss finish - Waxing
Further protecting your surface. Not always necessary with granite depending upon the degree of gloss finish - Other remedial Works
Replacement of boast or unsound tiles
